A beautiful Black Village in La Sierra Poble in Madrid. Clean, well-kept, with good hospitality services, it is the beginning and end of multiple routes, but it also has a very extensive exhibition of outdoor statues of all types nearby.

The Collado de la Fragüela is a hill that can be reached by the M-130 as soon as you leave Robledillo de la Jara towards Puebla de la Sierra and at the top we will find a large antenna.

Typical town of slate houses in the northern mountains of Madrid. It was originally a group of shepherds' huts and corrals that ended up being a place of fixed residence. For centuries its inhabitants cultivated cereals, vineyards and pastures for the 5,000 heads of varied livestock that inhabited their lands. With the construction of the reservoir, many of these farms were flooded. Today it is a magnificent enclave for outdoor activities, it is a crossing point for the Senda del Genaro and the beginning of many walking and cycling routes around it.

Built in 1972 and belonging to the Isabel II canal, the El Atazar reservoir is the largest in Madrid, housing 46% of the community's impounded water. Located in a rugged enclave full of slate, the landscape that surrounds the reservoir and that is born from its waters is spectacular, giving way to monumental natural routes and walks through its surrounding historic towns.

Located on an old Muslim fortress reconquered in 1085 under the reign of Alfonso VI. The first testimonies of the castle come from the hand of Alfonso VII, who gave the properties to the dukes of Mendoza. These, in the s. XV, they would build a castle fortified by seven different towers, built with brick in the Mudejar style. The Marquis of Santillana and, later, Juana de Portugal and her daughter, Juana la Beltraneja, would reside there. During the War of Independence, the French would use the fortress as a barracks, fleeing from it in 1813, destroying it in their escape, then beginning its deterioration. It currently has a bullring inside and has been closed for restoration since 2016. It is a historical gem that should not be overlooked if you visit the Madrid town.
