In this area, you can find remains of the El Casuar monastery, which are included in the Red List of endangered heritage. Montejo de la Vega de la Serrezuela also has a rich history dating back to the 11th century, when it was repopulated by Burgalese from the south1. In addition, the town celebrates its main festival on February 3 in honor of San Blas.

Fuentidueña has remains of Romanesque walls, several gates and towers. Among them, the Puerta de Alfonso VIII stands out, part of the remains of the castle that today is in ruins.
