This is a 16th century hydraulic bucket flour mill. The tower or bucket was filled with water from an upper pool, whose pressure generated by the fall of the water turned the mechanism to grind the grain. Right next to the mill, there is a children's playground with wooden benches, ideal for taking a break along the way.
