Wonderful views of Riaño and the lakes

Near the official path that goes to the Port of Ventaniella, we find two precious hundred-year-old specimens in a beautiful setting. The shade of these oaks will not be great if we want to take a break.

Located at 2,142 meters above sea level, Peña Ten is a mountain located between the provinces of León and Asturias. It offers us privileged views of a large part of the area, highlighting the Picos de Europa, the Mampodre Massif, the Sierra de Riaño and Ponga.

If we are doing the Saltadero route from Acebedo, we will find this beautiful corner, it is Prao Soto Bajero, a fantastic place to enjoy the views and nature. We can distinguish the Massif del Mampodre, from the front!

To get to Forfogón del Saltadero, we must turn to the right and cross a bridge over the Erendia stream, continue along a beautiful path until we reach the waterfall. It is a good time to take a break while enjoying the magical environment that surrounds us.

Located at 1,689 meters above sea level, Collado Burín offers us a fantastic panoramic view of the mountains that surround us, like the Burín peak itself.
