Steep approach, partly via built-in steps. Not all of it is bikeable, but then you can go down! I wouldn't take the small path directly from the tower down to the village. It's a hiking trail, steeply downhill, with some scrambling. You have to carry your bike in places. You should be an expert, and even that will be difficult. Just a recommendation, but I've made it down there too. 😉

The nicer part of the beach starts a little further back. Here you're near the harbor. You can drive on the promenade, but it's not really allowed. It's doable, though!

Top trail along the cliffs, with a wonderful view over the sea! S0(↑S1) → S1. Very varied, from easy to technically moderately difficult passages.

The whole hill on the coast between Benidorm and Villajoyosa is perfect for walking. Best view at Torre d'Aguilo.
