The monastery is located on the central square in Garachico and consists of several buildings, including the Church of Santa Ana. It features an interesting mix of Gothic and Renaissance styles. It has been restored many times over the centuries and now houses the Garachico Museum of Art and History.

A central and very beautiful square in Garachico. It features stunning historic buildings. The square itself invites visitors to linger with its many benches under large trees and a pavilion serving refreshments.

Main church of Garachico. The tall white Renaissance tower dominates the center of Garachico. The church was severely damaged in the volcanic eruption of 1706 but was quickly rebuilt. Outstanding features include the sculpture of the Merciful Jesus, which originated in Mexico, and the 17th-century marble baptismal font. The large entrance portals, adorned with wooden panels, are also impressive.

Beautiful square with remnants of the old port facilities, interesting art objects and beautiful views over the sea and the town.

This was the site of the old loading ramp for banana freighters. It's diver-friendly and still clearly visible.
