Beautiful route and a great view

You'll want to take this church home with you. It's so small, it's incredibly charming. It's right on the road, so you can't miss it. The road is paved, making it easily accessible for all types of bicycles.

The village is situated in a rural area with agriculture and a peaceful, rural setting, ideal for cycling. The surrounding area offers beautiful views over the Empordà landscapes.

Nice bridge over the river Ter. Only for bikes and pedestrians. All kind of bikes are appropriate. Right after the bridge, on the left side., there is a little bench where you can enjoy the view and have a snack before you follow your route

Beautiful path through the fields and along the ranch. The part between the trees is a bit small but gives great shade during the hotter days. Be careful after heavy rain, it can be very slippery

A great gravel cycling path between Castello d’Empuries and Empuria Brava. Perfect to avoid all the main roads. Can be very busy during high season with other cyclists and runners

Every little town in this area has a nice church, so does Villanova de la Muga
