This greenway cycle route begins in St Nazaire en Royans. The crossing of Romans can be improved but the walk is nice.

The name Bourg-de-Péage comes from the duties that were levied on goods at the southern entrance to the bridge. At the Pogne Pascalis museum, a famous brioche dating from the Middle Ages, it is possible to visit the workshops where Pognes and St-Genix are made and taste them. Beautiful walk! We did a shortened version (not started in the village itself) and walked the route in the opposite direction. Which considering the person's reaction to this. Walking uphill will then become easier. Cool off in the fresh river on your return.

Walked the route on May 19, 2023. Beautiful with so many different types of plants and flowers; I really enjoyed that. The views were also very beautiful. The route itself was very slippery and in some parts difficult to pass. We had to climb and scramble.
