Highest point of Semnoz. Amazing views of Alps and surrounding countryside

Calm at altitude... On site, you will find hikers, cows, fresh air, grass, nature, parking lots and cyclists. Everything is there to relax and recharge your batteries. By respecting the signs regarding bicycles, the dangers of cows, the pedestrian routes, the mountain will be for everyone. A panoramic view of the area offers 360 degrees of beauty via a hike. Numerous on-site parking. Trail running here is great with multiple down and up hills through the forest. 👌

Amazing views on mount blanc, lac d’ annecy and more beautiful landscape! 😍 Attention, only take the path across the ridge to the chalet de L’Alpettaz if you are a really experienced hiker and like to get some adrenaline. It is super narrow and partly really dangerous. After finishing the dangerous part there is high grass through which the hike continues.

A peak perched above Lake Annecy, offering spectacular views of the lake and surrounding mountains. The summit is connected to epic winding trails, featuring a few technical sections with roots.

A great climb for beginners, a long, linear route with small, tight corners, ideal for maintaining speed on the descent. There's some traffic, but the road is wide enough and people generally take care when approaching; I never felt unsafe. If you're feeling strong, you can take this climb as a warm-up for Semnoz, which connects perfectly to the summit of this climb. Disadvantage: There are no views from the top.
