Magnificent 12th century castle, former residence of the kings of France. The green park overlooks the forest of Saint-Germain-en-Laye, as well as Paris and La Défense. Access to the castle park is free.

A great alternative to the road climb

La Mare aux Cannes is a tranquil pond surrounded by lush vegetation. As you cycle closer, you’ll notice that this area is teeming with wildlife, so keep your eyes peeled for waterfowl and dragonflies skimming the surface of the pond.

The Château de Maisons-Laffitte is located in a green park on the outskirts of Paris. This 17th-century château, designed by the architect François Mansart, offers a fascinating visit. The elegance of its facades, its French gardens and its grand monumental staircase seduce visitors. Inside, you will discover richly decorated rooms that bear witness to the splendor of the time. After the visit, the park invites you to take a peaceful stroll.
