A very beautiful peak. Its striking shape attracted me from a distance. That's what a mountain should be like. Some climbing required. Great view. The Chablais is a very beautiful mountain range. Visible as far as Mont Blanc.

It's tough, but once you reach the top, the view of Mont Blanc and Lake Geneva is magnificent.

From here, the view of Chablais is breathtaking. Nestled between lakes and mountains, this panorama reveals the majestic reliefs of the Savoyard Alps, with their snow-capped peaks and green valleys. In the background, you can sometimes see the sparkling waters of Lake Geneva.

De klim naar en afdaling vanaf de Dent d’Oche bevat een aantal zeer uitdagende segmenten, waar kettingen zijn bevestigd om houvast te bieden. Dit deel (aan de oostzijde) heeft een gevaarlijk punt met een steile rots die weinig houvast biedt en bij regen nogal glad wordt. De westzijde is veiliger.
