On the Luc-sur-Mer beach promenade, there's an impressive jetty leading into the sea. From there, you have a fantastic view of the beach.

The family-friendly and dynamic beach of Luc-sur-Mer offers a thousand and one activities! Why not try one of the water sports offered by the sailing school for children ages 4 and up: introductory sailing courses, schooner excursions, catamaran rides, or windsurfing? The beach at Luc-sur-Mer is also one of the best spots for fishing in Calvados. At low tide, you can find green crabs, porcini mushrooms, stingrays, mussels, and periwinkles among the rocks.

Luc became famous in 1820 thanks to the pilgrims of La Délivrande and is known for its bathing establishment. Luc is firmly established as one of the leading seaside resorts on the Côte de Nacre. Its 1.8 km long dike is lined with small white cabins, the casino, the famous clock, and the thalassotherapy center.
