Bench ideally located along the Hambach cycle path

On the old Roman road, now transformed into a cycle path, three crosses bring two local legends to life. To learn more, you'll have to lift your foot to read the information panel. The site was rehabilitated in 2007.

Hirbach Pond blends history and nature. A remnant of the former aquatic Maginot Line, it is now a popular spot for outdoor recreation. Its municipal campsite, open from April to October, offers an ideal setting for a waterfront stay.

The Welschof Pond is a little corner of paradise for fishermen and ducks. It was built in the 1930s to serve as a reservoir for the Maginot Line's defensive flood control system.

Three crosses on the Herrenweg, a Roman path, destroyed in the Second World War, rebuilt in 2007 on the occasion of the new construction and expansion of the path as a cycle path.

The Saint-Hubert pond in Hambach is a 40-hectare pond surrounded by a forest, where you can enjoy the beauty of nature and wildlife. You can fish from the main dam and Napoleon Bridge, or rent a boat and explore the water, as long as you respect the environment and migratory birds.

The bike path is well developed and takes you comfortably to Saargemünd.

The Rue de l'Étang divides the pond into two parts. In the northern part there are many small fishing shacks. You can take a nice walk around the southern part.
