Condom, a former episcopal city crossed by the Baïse River, is renowned for its Saint-Pierre Cathedral and its Armagnac-related past. On your way to Santiago de Compostela, I believe this should be a must stop as they have beautiful and yummy St. Jacques pastries that gets you into the vibe on the road you’re travelling (and also if you’re just cruising by for the day).
