It is a large wooden house built in 1991 by the city of Montamisé, a place of discovery, information of the territory, one can find there animations in summer and the weekend, sometimes very beautiful exhibitions. The Château du Fou was built at the end of the 15th century. In 1539, Francis I met Charles V there. It was bombed during World War II but has since been restored.
