Beautiful view, the paths are a real carpet....

This walk takes you through several very different settings, from the plains, undergrowth, climbing the Puy des Gouttes and some very pretty viewpoints.

Built in 1933 to commemorate the 19th anniversary of the Redemption of the world by Christ, the Ternant cross stands proudly at an altitude of 1,000 metres on the heights of Clermont-Ferrand. For the walker, it offers above all a magnificent panorama of Clermont-Ferrand and the Chaîne des Puys.

As is often the case, the trails at the foot of the puys alternate between pleasant forest paths and views of the Puys chain and the Puy de Dôme.

This wide rolling path allows you to run with a magnificent view in front of you: the Puy de Dôme. On the right, the Cherry field clears the landscape. It is also possible to see other volcanoes in the chain, such as Puy Pariou.

In this rather wooded area, most of the views are offered by the peaks of the puys. With its beautiful vegetation, this open plain at around 1,000 meters above sea level allows you to run in the middle of a pleasant open landscape. You can observe the Puys des Gouttes and Chopine.
