I always go the other way, I don't know why. In Emstal, the route goes up the Ofenpass. There's an oven museum there, and sometimes the ovens on display are lit.

A great example of how to renovate, preserve and use a beautiful old train station. The train station was opened on October 1, 1904. In 2012, the city of Beelitz bought the building. At that time, it was a ruin. The Rehkopf family had applied to the city to operate a restaurant in the building. The building was renovated in 2016. There are two apartments on the upper floor and the restaurant and offices of the Nuthe-Nieplitztal tourism association downstairs.
