On the banks of Clermont, the view of the lake at the end of the day from the pontoon is a delight for lovers of beautiful landscapes and perfect shots! You can eat there, stay there, have a drink, or simply enjoy a beautiful shaded beach. And take a detour to the Base de Plein Air du Salagou to rent a pedal boat, a paddle, or any other sailing craft! Tip: in the early morning or at the end of the day, there is a rush of crayfish on the beach of Clermont... The crayfish of Salagou are red and pretty, like the edges of the lake. But they are invasive American crayfish that take a little too much of their ease... Catching them is allowed, and even highly recommended! Fried on the plancha with a little aioli and a good white wine from Estabel, it is useful for biodiversity, and delicious.

In the summer, stop at Olivier's, on the beach of Wind34. A lover of the lake, and a good place to taste a local beer! While enjoying the beach and watching the evolution of kite-surfers and other wing-foilers who are fans of this legendary spot. You can rent pedalos, kayaks and stand-up paddles there. In the winter, the Wind34 guinguette disappears, as if by magic... The beach remains a privileged place to admire the Salagou. Tip: quieter than the beach on the banks of Clermont, it is the ideal spot to enjoy the sunsets on the lake! Get your cameras ready...
