South of the La Turballe marina, a beautiful cove of fine sand stretches for about 2 km. Two patrol stations ensure the safety of the bathing area: the Les Bretons station (Boulevard Bellanger) and the Cassard station (Avenue Cassard). The beach has two sanitary blocks with showers and one for disabled people (on Cassard). The Le Poséidon beach club welcomes your children and offers individual and team sports, races, games, and a trampoline (from age 3). There is a heated indoor pool on site where children can discover the aquatic world and learn to swim (from age 3). Nautisme en Pays Blanc offers water sports activities: lessons, rentals, water walks, and private lessons for catamarans, dinghies, windsurfing, and kayaks at the Julien Bontemps sailing school, located at the entrance to Boulevard Bellanger.

The Le Guérandais cooperative is founded on the strong values of mutual support, equality, fairness, and solidarity. It brings together passionate men and women driven by a common goal and vision: to immortalize Guérande salt and make it shine throughout the world and for years to come. The cooperative's members elect their Board of Directors at a General Meeting. The Board of Directors is organized into specific committees and works with the General Director and all employees to develop the cooperative. The Board of Directors currently consists of 14 members, chaired by Maël VIAUD, and represents the 225 salt farmers.

There are several oyster bars around the bridge, the nicest of which is right at the foot of the bridge by the water. Highly recommended!
