Short hike: Greenway along the Petit Odon from Louvigny (Calvados). 10 KLM route which leads to the edge of Fontaine Etoupefour, passing through Bretteville-sur-Odon departing from Louvigny. Greenway built on the old railway line. This old railway line once went to Caen.

Next to the bikeway "Voie verte" are the remains of the ancient mine of May sur Orne. The extraction was done on the right bank of the Orne river whereas, the shipment by rail took place on the left bank. The emaciated silhouettes of the crusher-accumulators that overlooked the railway tracks are still standing. So is the mining bridge and a storage silo.
