St. John's Church is over 850 years old.

A view that makes you dream The Auewiese landscape park has a very special feature: A 275-meter-long footbridge winds its way from St. Johannes Church to the Bünting marina between willow and alder swamps. The footbridge was built to protect the landscape and nature and used to be a floodplain. When the light breaks through the treetops, you are treated to a very special spectacle of light and shadow - a great photo opportunity! A viewing platform halfway along the path offers a wonderful view of the Zwischenahner Meer. The park doesn't end here, however, as it continues past the marina towards Eyhausen. Here you have fantastic views of thousands of water lilies and a detour to the Eyhausen pier is well worth it!
