Great for youngsters, while parents can go coastal swimming with the great club "Sète Escapade". Thanks to them for this introduction to coastal swimming and the great atmosphere. Lido beach access 24/7.

It is a lovely bike ride with a long stretch from Montpellier along the Lez towards Palavas Les Flots. Here you have flocks of flamingos, trees full of nightingales and étangs full of black winged stilts. Also the white Camargue ponies are in lots of fields, so bring some carrots and apples. Frontignan was quiet as it was a Sunday but it is lovely.
