The Moulin de Verzenay was built in 1818 by the miller family Tinot-Vincent on the Mont Bœuf near Verzenay. In 1863, the miller family Boudeville bought the estate with mill. The operation ended in 1903, as the miller had decided that the mill should not turn after his death. Later, the mill went into the possession of the house Goulden and after the First World War in the von Heidsieck over. A restoration of the mill took place in 1949 at the suggestion of the then Heidsieck management. Today the mill is owned by G.H.
