The cycle path and small roads between Metzeral and Munster offer lovely views. This is where the valley is at its narrowest. Don't hesitate to climb a little higher for an even more beautiful panorama.

Pretty little village, ideal for hiking starting and finishing points, as there is a train station.

Place de grand rue Metzeral and school

The D11 VI from Col du Wettstein to Le Linge is a wooded route with very little traffic. The route, just under three kilometers long and with a maximum gradient of 3%, presents no particular challenge.

On this section, the cycle path is more open, offering superb views of the valley. You really get a sense of how green the surroundings are. It's a particularly pleasant part of this cycle route.

Magnificent views await you during this climb. However, be careful as this remains a very touristy road during the season.
