Deep in the Morvan forest, the 16th-century chapel of Faubouloin (Notre-Dame-du-Frêne) overlooks a peaceful clearing. This pilgrimage site is linked to several local legends and to the Sainte-Marguerite spring located nearby.

Nestled in the forest near Corancy, the Sainte-Marguerite spring is an ancient place of devotion in the Morvan region. Protected by a small stone structure, it was reputed to heal children and promote fertility. A sacred oak tree still watches over the spring.
