A fantastic swimming hole with one of Corsica's largest waterfalls.

Galéria is a small coastal village on the northwest coast of Corsica, located on the bay of the same name and serving as a starting point for boat trips to the La Scandola nature reserve. The coastal village of Galéria, with around 400 inhabitants, is an insider tip for a relaxed Corsica holiday away from the hustle and bustle of tourists. The village is located on a small bay framed by a mountainous landscape and has a pebble beach. In the small marina, the white hulls of motorboats and sailing yachts rock on the turquoise water and in the town center you will find shops and restaurants. Even in the high season, the stone and pebble beaches in the bay of Galéria are not overcrowded. Divers and snorkelers can look forward to a colorful, shimmering underwater world with corals, groupers and seagrass meadows. The combination of mountains and sea is what makes this holiday region so attractive. The town offers holiday homes by the sea and hotel rooms for rent, providing a comfortable place to stay for the duration of your stay in Corsica.

Very beautiful from a distance.

Nestled under Monte Cinto, Lake Argento or “Silver Lake” is located a few steps from the GR 20 trail. This small watering hole offers an enchanting interlude in a mineral climb which leads to the highest point in Corsica.

Although there are one or two paths to the lake, we "let it lie" ... especially since you are not allowed to swim in the mountain lakes anyway. So enjoy the sight of it lying low and flashing silver in the sun.

The Radule waterfall is near the sheepfold of the same name. This beautiful waterfall is part of the Golo stream which flows through a valley as raw as it is magnificent.
