From the Slovenian side, the gravel is perfectly rideable. Easy gravel/forest path. However, parts of the descent into Austria are significantly more difficult on gravel. Not much fun, but a lot of technical stuff. More for experienced mountain bikers.

Beautiful view of the Julian Alps. Unfortunately, it's also the only great one on the Three Countries Tour (apart from the cable car station and the border triangle), as the tour runs beautifully through the forest.

The path was enclosed by an electric fence. Unfortunately, it wasn't immediately clear which side of the fence was the correct path... But in some places, you could crawl through.

From the Dreiländerblick, you have fantastic views of the Julian Alps. This mountain world is simply magnificent ☺️. Even from the hiking trail, you can see it from time to time.

Cycling down from the summit of the border triangle towards Ratece, you can enjoy great views of the Julian Alps including Mangart (when it is not shrouded in clouds as it often is) and the Planica ski resort.

The Maria Siebenbrünn pilgrimage church was first mentioned in 1368. The current building dates back to the 15th century. The neo-Gothic high altar with the enthroned Mary and child also dates from this period. Next to the church, seven springs emerge from the ground, whose water is said to have a healing effect.
