Very charming little village in the heart of the Vercors on the road to the Col de Menée

Take the time to stop at Impasse Alexandre Lyoubovin, painter who lived in Clelles. He left many paintings that can be seen at the Town Hall.

The Col de Menée is a pass in the French Alps, located between the Vercors and Diois massifs, in the communes of Percy and Treschenu-Creyers, in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, at 1,457 m above sea level. It is considered the limit between Trièves and Diois.

Quiet climb of the Col de la Menée before a long descent to Châtillon

Mens is a small town with an important architectural heritage. In particular, there is a hall dating from the 15th century and listed in the register of historical monuments, like the Church of the Assumption of Mens, built in the 12th century. Several hamlets and farms are added to the main town. You will find a few shops and cafés in the town centre, as well as a campsite.

The town of Clelles is located in Trièves. There is a local produce market every Sunday from 9am to 12pm - the perfect reward for a bike ride in the Trieves.

The Col de la Croix Haute from Saint-Maurice-en-Trièves is 6km long with a total drop of 309m. The average gradient is 5.1% with maximum gradients of 13.5%.
