By chance, local authorities were on hand. They pointed out that this is not a swimming lake. This is also indicated on a sign.

April 2025: The main house is currently being rebuilt after a fire in November 2024, so no catering will likely take place until the end of 2025. We recommend the holiday apartment above the donkey stable (pleasantly warm in April...).

The café was open in April 2025, run by an elderly couple. Highly recommended for a break, as it's very personal. The owner also showed us his collection of handmade sculptures.
