Cool little town. has a great little fountain to refill your spray bottle and spray it over yourself. great to cooldown.

The Beromünster Canonry is an absolute must-see. The heart of the monastery is the magnificent St. Michael's Church. Its interior is an architectural dream of turquoise, white, and gold. In front of the church portal, on the right-hand garden wall, hangs a large, detailed map describing all the buildings and providing the viewer with a perfect overview of the complex. It's worth allowing some time for a visit.

Pretty little town with lots of Catholic buildings. It's always amazing how much shiny gold is on display in the magnificent buildings.

In the other direction, from the bridge a grass trail leads directly to the edge of Beromünster.

Many well-kept old buildings. There is always the opportunity to take a break and watch the hustle and bustle of Beromünster in one of the numerous restaurants.
