le bonne planque is a great place to spend the night. perfect for cyclists on the Canal du midi. excellent vegetarian dinner and breakfast. we enjoyed immensely.

Very beautiful reservoir with turquoise waters

Belflou castle, nestled in the eponymous village, is distinguished by its remarkable moat. These aquatic ditches, surrounding the castle, measure approximately 10 meters wide. The castle, still standing, offers an authentic glimpse of feudal architecture.

Labeled a city of art and history, the city of Mirepoix is an ancient Cathar town. It is known, among other things, for its superb house of consuls as well as its beautiful Saint-Maurice cathedral.
