The Pany circular trail is one of numerous snowshoe trails in the beautiful Prättigau region. The trail is marked with the number 566 and is easily recognizable thanks to pink wooden stakes. It leads you to idyllic spots and authentic places to stop for refreshments.

In winter, the two Cluner lakes are barely visible, as they lie nestled in the Fideriser Heuberge mountains, known for their reliable snow cover. While their beauty remains largely hidden during the colder months, this makes snowshoeing all the more appealing.

The Arflinafurgga pass lies at an altitude of 2,247 meters and connects the Fideriser Heuberg with the Schanfigg valley. It is located on the marked snowshoe trail 568 and, in good weather, offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the Grisons mountains.

Good opportunity to quench your thirst

It's always nice when you've made it. The mountain panorama is overwhelming. The reward is a wonderful descent, no matter which side you go on.

Fideriser Heuberge The Fideriser Heuberge are known for their natural diversity. And you can feel that as soon as the tour starts at the Berghaus Arflina. It smells of flowers, of mountain meadows. The forest road leads past the Clun lakes with a wonderful view of the Rätikon chain behind you. The last few meters up to Arflinafurgga are pushed until you have a view of Schanfigg. From this point you can either head towards Chur via Peist/St.Peter, or if you want to go to Arosa or back to Prättigau, follow the Pirigen/Langwies sign. Unfortunately, in both variants the depth of the alpine roads is lost, because the single trails end here after just about a kilometer. From Langwies you go back to Prättigau either on the Alpstrasse or along a mountain stream, via the pretty hamlet of Strasberg (with refreshment stops) over the Duranna Pass with the Grüensee, past Alp Duranna on single trails and forest roads down to Klosters. From here a minibus occasionally drives down to Küblis. The bus is operated by the Berghaus and should be reserved as a precaution.
