The castle has variable opening hours. In August, we found the gates closed. It only opens at 2:30 PM.

This is the second time that, at the end of the day, at night and at the end of the Poitiers-Dax bike ride, I find myself in front of this bar-restaurant... I simply stopped there to get some water and a Coke... but from now on, I will include it in my next itinerary! 🚴♂️🥤😊
