The Maginot Line was a line of bunker defense along the French border with Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany and Italy. The system is named after the French Defense Minister André Maginot.

Maginot Line bunker, built between 1930 and 1940. If you drive up the Moselle and perhaps further west, you will always find traces of old enmity. It is good that these witnesses to the bad past still stand and remind us of the preservation of a better future.
