Very beautiful, old mill 🥰

**The Moulin de l'Aile de Saint-Omer, formerly located in the Marais de l'aile (in the Marais audomarois was built in 1866. The mill was used to manage the waters of the marsh by draining them using its Archimedes screw. ** Several mills existed, located on dikes, this made it possible to maintain a water level favorable to the cultivation of vegetables between March 1st and November 1st of 50 ha of Marais audomarois.
