Lovely still morning, cool in the woods with lots of people out and about before the day heats up. 12 off road sectors, one a great downhill that I’ve only ever climbed. Body felt good for some strange reason 😂🚴💪

Up early to beat the cycling mobs. Climb starts with 5km of consistent 10% just to test your self belief. There’s also steep switchback descent into a valley that you know you’ll climb on the way down. Tough climb, stunning views, feeling of accomplishment. ☺️
