Today was queen stage day of the tour. From Landeck it went to Nauders (including a small detour to Switzerland).
The moderate increase at the beginning - except for the highlight 'Fließer Platte' - was the right warm-up for the flat section through the Inn Valley. The sidekick on a side trail was paid

The third section of the Via Claudia Augusta leads us from Ehrwald first on the partly steep Römertrail parallel to the Fernpass road into the Briglbachtal and from there to the Inn valley. From there we follow the Inn on easily navigable forest roads to today's destination Landeck.

Il "prologo" alla traversata delle Alpi è iniziato nella città dei Fugger di Augusta sotto un cielo coperto e precipitazioni occasionali, ma solo leggere. L'obiettivo era oggi - dopo oggi dopo quasi 5 ore (inclusa una sosta a Landsberg am Lech (ne vale la pena!) Schongau.

Final!!! The last section leads from Lagundo past Merano to Bolzano. Without a lot of words (the photos speak for themselves) ... if I weren't at home in God's own Country (the only true Rhineland), South Tyrol would be my dream exile 😎.
