Technically an easy tour, but you should be in good shape. But you can always take a break on the alpine pastures on the way or use them as your destination. And please add an hour to the times calculated by komoot, i.e. plan at least 4 hours of pure walking time there and back!

Easy hike, but sturdy shoes would be good. My recommendation for the circular route is to go uphill to the right from the small Forsthäusl, which comes about 1km after the parking lot, and from above the slightly longer part comfortably downhill.
The actual walking time is a good 2 hours in total. As
