Cari miei, siamo andati a correre nell'East Devon National Landscape. Una splendida foresta decidua con splendidi sentieri per passeggiate a cavallo e trekking. Un gradito cambiamento rispetto al paesaggio altrimenti spoglio. E c'erano anche alcuni bei posti per nuotare – li potete vedere nelle foto 😀. Cordiali saluti, Balu

Ihr Lieben, wir waren wieder laufen. Bestes englisches Sommerwetter am Morgen. Das Städtchen gibt nicht viel her, zum Teil ist es ganz schön runtergekommen. Aber die Strandpromenade ist nett und am Strand war wenig los. Euer Balu

Ihr Lieben, wir waren heute Morgen eine große Runde laufen. Grob südlich-westlich von Canterbury in England. Die Footpaths sind nice - man findet sie eher zufällig 😄. Dann gehen sie quer durch das Hafer- oder Lucernefeld. Meine Menschin hat gefühlt zig-mal umgedreht. Mir ist es eh gleich - am Ende…

Era da tanto che non veniva pubblicato un tour online 😀. Cari amici, stamattina sono andata a fare una bella corsa (e una nuotata) sull'Alto Reno vicino a Basilea. A very warm day today! I have to practice driving the S-Bahn. We started in Stockdorf - less than 10 minutes to the Würm. I can now swim against the current and smoke really big, submerged sticks. There is a bit of a nature reserve - because of the ground-nesters, I had to practice on a leash right away

Perlacher Muggl - a classic. The small ponds (I had to bathe quickly - you know, I'm a swimmer) in the forest behind the Muggl had good water. Don't be fooled at the end of the tour. I only ran in the Perlacher Forest - we accidentally recorded the rest in the car ... your Balu

Cari miei, siamo tornati a correre. La costa della Cornovaglia, soprattutto il sentiero costiero vicino a Land's End, è fantastica. Si snoda per lo più lungo il pendio, con solo un breve saliscendi su pietre e rocce, con viste spettacolari e ripetute fino alle scogliere. Adoro stare qui: la temperatura
