Get off the sofa and get some fresh air. Today there was a short trip to the castle ruins of Burg Staufen. The path was short and steep, but it was worth it, the view is phenomenal, you can see as far as the Vosges and the ruins themselves are really worth seeing 😊

Yesterday I ran another lap near Gengenbach. I wanted to see the old town but also cover a little distance, so I walked a bit along the Haigerach and through the adjacent forest. It was gloomy and it rained, with the result that I got lumbago 🙇♂️
Nevertheless, Gengenbach is a beautiful little town.

The Gertelsbach waterfalls are on my schedule at least once a year. This time I extended the route and went over Falkenfelsen.
I didn't know the Falkenfelsen and the Hertahütte and I have to say I was very impressed by the density of sights. Lots of rocks, waterfalls, winding paths and lots of great views

On the last day before my next block of work, I really wanted to let off steam again, because I won't be able to do a bigger tour in the next few weeks.
For this I have planned the Brandeckturm and the Hohe Horn. It was really gloomy today, so the pictures turned out a bit dark overall.
