On New Year's Eve 2015 on the Brocken on the Heinrich-Heine-Weg from Ilsenburg. Start was the parking lot at the foot of the Waldhotel, opposite the pitch for caravans. Start was Altkünkendorf, from the info point at the church we have migrated the "orange leaf". No big ascents or descents, golden yellow beech forest on Halloween / Reformation Day and almost at the end of the tour a nice view over the Wolletzsee.

By train to Groß Schönebeck and then off in the direction of Joachimsthal. Partial road, good paved bike path and also for untrained cyclists feasible. We parked the car in Thale and then took the bus to Tresenburg. From there on the first hill with stamp 67th Again down to the Bodetal through a small, but very nice detour between huge coniferous trees. On the way down quickly still the stamp 69 and then on to the Bodetal. There are no huge differences
