Kamakura is a city of not quite 175,000 inhabitants southwest of Tokyo. She has a great cultural heritage - especially since she was the governing city of Japan from 1192 to 1333.
The path leads from the Big Buddha (Daibutsu) to the Hase Temple (Hase-dera) in Kamakura.
