    Questa piccola abbazia locale si trova a pochi chilometri dalla pista ciclabile sul Canale MIDI. Fondato come monastero benedettino nell'VIII secolo, fu edificato nel XIV secolo. attraverso l'elevazione a diocesi e la consacrazione dell'abate a vescovo, a sede episcopale a monastero canonico.
    L'origine risale a Saint-Papoul, che venne qui da Tolosa come allievo di Saint-Sernin e subì la morte da martire.
    Anche se necessita di ristrutturazione, vale comunque la pena visitarlo. Meno affollato di turisti, colpisce per le sue sculture in pietra del Maestro di Capestany e per la sua atmosfera tranquilla.
