    Il primo impianto di risalita per biciclette al mondo si trova nel centro di Trondheim. La prima variante è stata commissionata nel 1993 ed è stata sostituita da un sistema più moderno nel 2013. A Trondheim la struttura si chiama 'Sykkelheisen Trampe'.
