    La chiesa di Saint-Jacques, chiamata anche chiesa di Notre-Dame et Saint-Jacques, è un edificio religioso cattolico situato nel centro del villaggio di Polleur, nella provincia di Liegi, in Belgio. Risalente alla metà del XV secolo, la chiesa ha uno degli undici campanili tortili elencati in Belgio.
    Questa chiesa è dedicata alla Vergine Maria ea San Giacomo. La costruzione dell'attuale edificio risale al 1450. L'edificio è costruito con pietrisco di arenaria e calcare. Il sito sarebbe stato precedentemente occupato da un tempio e, ancor prima, da una cappella del IV secolo dedicata a Santa Materne.

    Il 27 luglio 1450 gli abitanti di Poleur donarono al luogo una cappella in onore di Dio e di San Giacomo. Trasformano un edificio dell'XI-XII secolo in un luogo di culto che fungeva da rifugio, da qui la torre difensiva del XIV secolo e un albergo per i viaggiatori. Situato a un crocevia di antiche rotte, Polleur probabilmente fungeva da scalo sulla strada per Compostela, da cui il patronato di San Giacomo.
