The Viewpoint Tiefenrother Höhe is a prominent scenic outlook situated at an elevation of 552 meters within the Rothaargebirge mountains. Located on the municipal territory of Wilgersdorf in North Rhine-Westphalia, it lies very close to the border with Hesse and the municipality of Dillbrecht, allowing visitors to easily step between the two federal states.     Vue fantastique sur le Siegerland. Un must si vous êtes dans le coin. En plus de la très belle section du Rothaarsteig, qui passe par-dessus la crête, il y a aussi un beau mais raide sentier de racines descendant dans la vallée (mangeoire Rothaarsteig, balisage jaune).

    Pour moi, la plus belle vue panoramique du Siegerland et l'une des plus belles vues sur le Rothaarsteig ! Très fréquenté le week-end et les jours fériés - mais toujours une destination intéressante. Il vaut mieux y aller tôt le matin ou lors des belles soirées d'été et juste profiter.

    Le « Nose in the Wind » est une plate-forme panoramique sur le Tiefenrother Höhe (552 mètres) qui offre aux randonneurs du Rothaarsteig une vue magnifique en direction nord-ouest sur le Siegerland. Emplacement idéal pour faire une pause de quelques minutes, se détendre - ou grignoter des provisions. Ici est souterrain le tunnel Rudersdorfer, construit en 1915, un tunnel ferroviaire sur la ligne Dill d'une longueur de plus de deux kilomètres et demi. La frontière entre la Hesse et la Rhénanie du Nord-Westphalie passe par le tunnel ; la partie hessoise de l'ouvrage est classée monument culturel.
