A significant geological curiosity is the Mirachowo Grotto, a semi-natural gravel-conglomerate grotto formed by erosion. This unique formation adds an interesting element to the landscape. Additionally, the reserve's location within the Kashubian Lakeland means it features glacial landforms, including the trough-shaped Lake Lubygość itself, which is a result of glacial activity.

Can I swim in Lake Lubygość?

While swimming in Lake Lubygość is technically possible, the intro notes that its shores are largely inaccessible, making it difficult to enter or exit the water comfortably. The lake is a dystrophic type, meaning its ecosystem relies heavily on organic matter from surrounding forests, giving its water a distinctive reddish-brown color. It's primarily a place for nature observation rather than recreational swimming.
