    Le Biltmore Hotel est un hôtel de luxe situé à Coral Gables, en Floride, aux États-Unis. Il a été conçu par les architectes Schultze et Weaver pour le compte de John McEntee Bowman et George Merrick dans le cadre de la chaîne d'hôtels Biltmore. Il a été ouvert en 1926.

    Après l'entrée des États-Unis dans la Seconde Guerre mondiale, l'hôtel a servi d'hôpital du Département américain des Anciens Combattants (VA Hospital) et était affilié au campus de la faculté de médecine de l'Université de Miami. Il ne fut plus utilisé comme hôtel jusqu'en 1987.
