Les paroisses de St. Petri Ladelund et St. Laurentius Karlum sont situées entre la mer du Nord et la mer Baltique à la frontière danoise en Frise du Nord. Au total, six villages appartiennent aux deux paroisses.
Les deux paroisses travaillent en étroite collaboration depuis de nombreuses années et partagent non seulement un bureau d'église et un poste de pasteur, mais organisent également ensemble le programme de services supplémentaires.
