    Le moulin à eau de Collse, un moulin à double sous-couche, est un moulin combiné à maïs et à huile situé sur la Kleine Dommel. Le moulin à farine dispose de 2 paires de meules et le moulin à huile ne dispose que d'un moulin frontal.

    Le moulin est situé à l'est du quartier Tongelre d'Eindhoven, dans le quartier Urkhoven, dans le hameau de 't Coll, presque à la frontière communale avec Nuenen près d'Eeneind. C'est un monument national.
